Return Replacement Policy 

At Iphone360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a Return or Replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

    At  Iphone360, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy under the following terms:

    Eligibility for Return/Replacement

    1. Products can be returned or replaced within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

    2. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    3. A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required for all returns and replacements

    Conditions

    • If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

    • If the customer wishes to return the item for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the shipping charges will not be Deducted, and the return shipping charge free of cost

    • All returned products will undergo quality inspection before approving the refund or replacement.

    Refund Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
