Replacement Policy – Dubai, UAE

At Iphone360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be accepted if:

  1. The item is defective, damaged, or not working as intended.

  2. The product received is different from what you ordered.

  3. The replacement request is made within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

  4. The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacements for:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Personal care items, undergarments, or hygiene-related products (unless defective).

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Replacement Process

  2.  with your order number, reason for replacement, and supporting photos/videos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange for the collection of the product or guide you to send it to our return address.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement product within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • The replacement is free of cost if the issue is our fault (defective, damaged, or wrong product).

  • If the replacement is due to customer preference (size/color change), shipping charges may apply.

  • All replacements are subject to stock availability.
