3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp/phone (if available).

  • Payment methods include: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Cash on Delivery, and secure online payment gateways.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed or Cash on Delivery is agreed.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

  • Standard delivery time:

    • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days

    • Other Emirates: 2–4 working days

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.

6. Warranty

  • All new iPhones and accessories include the standard Apple warranty or seller warranty (details provided in product description).

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
